FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ONLINE SHOPPING HOW DO I PUT ITEMS INTO MY SHOPPING BAG? From the home page, click on one of the product categories in the left side menu. You will then see a view of all the products in that particular category. From this page you can add an item to your shopping basket simply by clicking the “Add To Basket” button. If you would like to view larger images of the product or obtain more information on the product simply click the “More Information” link or the product photo. On the page that appears you can enter a quantity of the item and then click the “Add To Basket” button. By following either of these two methods your items will automatically be added to your shopping basket as seen in the menu to the left of the screen. To view items, change quantities or remove items from your basket simply click the “View Basket” button and you will view your basket where you have full control over the items you have added. Once you are happy with your purchases, click the “Update Basket” button to refresh the page then click the “Continue” button to proceed to checkout. HOW SAFE IS PURCHASING ONLINE?
We recognise of the importance of security on the Internet. Babys Favourite uses a secure payment system with payment details being transmitted in using 128bit security similar to that of banking standards. You can check this by looking for the lock in the bottom right-hand corner of your Internet browser or by checking our GeoTrust Site Seal. OOPS, I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the log-in page and click “Forgot Your Password?”. You will be required to enter your email address and a new temporary password will be sent to your email address. You can then log-in to the Babys Favourite site with your email address and the new password.
Once logged in you are able to go to “Your Account”, here you will be able to change your password and manage your user details. For your own security, we cannot give out passwords as they are not stored in a readable manner; we are also unable to send new passwords to an email address other than the one registered in your account. If you have forgotten both your email address and password please email us at account@babysfavourite.com.au and we will contact you. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
For online purchases we require your email address to: -
1. Enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details 2. Record your details for your next visit to our website CAN I SEND A GIFT?
Sending a gift is as simple as filling in the name and delivery details of the gift recipient in the delivery address section of your order. A personal message can be included by writing this within the customer comments area of our web sites checkout facility. The message will be delivered with your gift.

Babys Favourite accepts the following methods of payments:
• Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / Bankcard) • Direct Deposit into our bank account • Cheque or Money Order (cheques must clear before we send your order) All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Babys Favourite will accept returns of unopened or defective product for refund or exchange from our website within 14 days of date of order. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your original payment method will be refunded, excluding delivery (unless the item is defective or not as ordered). Proof of purchase, such as original receipt or gift receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Our return address is: Babys Favourite Returns

We can deliver to your business or residential address. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. Therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient.
All Products are shipped 24 - 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Once sent, your parcel is tracked by Babys Favourite using Australia Post. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign on delivery, a card will be left advising you of a phone number to call. CONTACT US
